Caper Mayo:
1 tbsp Mezzetta® Imported Non-Pareil Capers
1 small clove garlic
2 tbsp mayo

Make your Caper Mayo:
Start by crushing Mezzetta® Non-Pareil Capers in a bowl, then add garlic, crushed also. Mix with mayonnaise. Spread your caper mayo onto a slice of sourdough bread.

Layer your veggies. Start with roasted sliced zucchini. Add Mezzetta® Roasted Red Bell Peppers. Then, add your sliced cheddar cheese. Top with arugula. Drizzle olive oil on top, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread mustard onto another slice of sourdough bread. Place on top of your sandwich. Slice and plate, with a side of Mezzetta® Golden Greek Peperoncini. Enjoy!
